SSK Press is the continuation of the Sprinkles Sparkles and Kankles Store opened in 2007 by Jason Jaworski, a writer, photographer and performance artist whose works have been published and/or seen in numerous exhibitions around the world, performed privately to persons as wide ranging as Ringo Starr and Werner Herzog and covered in publications as vast and varying as The New York Times, Juxtapoz and Arrested Motion among others. Specializing in zines, photobooks, handmade artist books and other miscellanea, everything we make is produced in-house at our Los Angeles studio with our own printers and binders. We like to emphasize the handmade aspect of our books, whether it be in the form of hand painted covers, charcoal rubbed inlays, tipped in prints or wood carved boxsets. All of our books are created as affordable works of art meant to delight in both their form and content.

After all that blah-blah-blah here's some stuff about the shop that you might want to know:

All sales are 100% secure and encrypted, being handed by either PayPal or Shopify Payments.
Every item, unless otherwise stated, is printed and bound in-house at the SSK Studio and is hand-inspected for any faults or printer errors, ensuring your shit doesn't look like shit.
Because of their meticulous design, special edition items require an additional day of handling.
All other orders are shipped as soon as payment is received / cleared and are securely packed in waterproof / tearproof bubble mailers with two layers of hardened chipboard to ensure that there are no dents, dings or bends to your items. The worst thing is ordering something that looks awesome and then receiving it all messed up, like ordering an item off a menu based on the food photography only to find that it doesn't match up at all. That being said, all mail art items (e.g.: custom correspondence, postcards, etc.) are meant to go through the postal system, arriving to you with unique changes every time. If you prefer that your mail art item is packed instead, please notify us by email before placing your order. Additional shipping may be required.
All domestic orders over $1 come with FREE USPS Tracking and are shipped using the fastest and most economical method depending on your order's size and weight.
For all international orders: the shipping amount is based on an average price, you will never overpay. If the quoted fee is more than it should be, you will be refunded the difference.
All items that are listed as being limited are exactly that- when they are gone, they are gone.
